(Official) rules should never mark names that legitimate players might use. Unless they're impersonating bots/cheaters, I guess.

For example, certain names reference somewhat popular songs, bands, or lyrics. One name is part of a common saying/idiom. Another rule pattern is very broad: if a name is "unforgettable", they'll get marked.

What exactly are you referring to? I'm not a native English speaker, so I cannot understand what are you referring to right now

The English idiom is "A blast from the past", which means that something feels very nostalgic.

Oh, I see now. Well, as far as I can say, only bots uses that kind of phrase in their nicknames

Are these rules still relevant? Also you have a bunch of player list entries in your commit which are not accepted in any form
